Surely some of these " anglers" who are littering must be on here reading all this , all i can say is its like a lot of things nowadays, some people don't really really gives a toss! ,if it gets stopped they won't be bothered they just go somewere else. its not really hard to make sure if you drop a rig packet to pick it up, it's just plain lazyness. rant over!
