Seaforth Beach 15/12/12
Myself,Mike B,Dinglecodcatcher (Ian),Riffer,Loan Angler,Richie,Bucky fished either side of low from the beach by the radar....recent catches in the river had tailed off a bit, particularly for whiting, but this mark usually throws up a decent fish or two and that`s how it panned out. Bucky had got down early and fished closer to the rocks but had no joy...we spread out @150 yds away and with 90 mins before low,Ian had the first fish,a codling of 2-14-0...
Mike was next in with a good flounder....
The run was a bit strong with the big tide and after a couple of crossed lines i decided to move down between Bucky n Richie where there was plenty of space...30 mins before low the move paid off with a nice codling of 3-9-0
Apart from a couple of dabs it was very quiet...one lad fishing by the tower had a 2lber....the weather was kind with just a gentle breeze so it was a nice night to be out...til next time.

Cracking Sesh Lads
One Question what does the 3-9-0 thing mean I've seen it a few times but have no idea.
Cheers

Great stuff Kev, you certainly seem to know which Liverpool marks will produce the goods before my next trip down your way I think I'll be picking your brains first bud!
Great report and thanks for sharing
