Saturday night on the wall 16/7/16

Friday night crew became Saturday night crew minus one , met up with Jimsta and Woody for a session on the wall , just Craggers missing , they were there early and due to circumstances i couldn`t get there till after 8 but they got me some worm off Dave thanks . Padsta Tel was there with Derek , Woody had had a couple of small bass (very small according to Jimsta ) by the time I`d arrived and conditions looked spot on so got set up and started and waited then waited somemore , we were getting a few bites but nothing was taking the hook and the crabs were stripping baits in minutes .
Treated to another nice sunset and with darkness falling hopes were higher but it wasn`t till over an hour after HW that i got my first a doggie soon to be followed by another one , then a decent whiting then another and finished with another doggie , so 3 dogs and 2 whiting in good company , plenty of craic with the usual amount of p**s taking and abuse .

Top night once again Mac ,great banter all night long

Woody took the brunt of it but he enjoys it regardless ,good to see Tel fishing with his mate

I caught 1 small whiting so saved me from blanking ,Woody had 2 small Bass but he was chuffed to bits
