Fished the point tonight, 3 whiting 1 dab ,that was it, sea looked good, but no codling showed, nobody else along there caught much, as we went back to the car , someone in one of the bays had a 3lb codling which he showed us. He said he caught it on frozen black, which was a bit of a downer as I had gone and pumped fresh bait earlier, lol. Oh well good luck to the guy,

Good effort hughie, that's strange frozen worm out-fishing fresh, he must have put that bait right on its nose! At least you got amongst a few fish and the weather held out for you bud
