Nothing Wall ? not today it wasn't 15/5/16

As I had some worm left over from Saturday and as it was a fine sunny morning when i woke I decided to go and fish the tide out , Going down the Prom and it was like a millpond from the golf club to west end so wasn't expecting to be greeted on the wall with a swell . Sandy was the only other one fishing when I got there around H W , set up 2 rods with 2 hook clipped down and a flapper both with 1s for smaller baits and 20 mins in a plaice was on


went quiet after that , not a big tide but a fair pull on it , breeze was dropping and water flattening off now and Sandy had packed up and headed off on a crabbing foray


and as it slackened off a good rattle and another plaice bagged


and to round it all off I had this little beauty
nice way to spend a morning , a visit from IFCA and a couple of chats with 2 other fellow anglers during the sesh .
