FA (fish appreciation) Day today down on the Wall. The weather was not suited to fishing. Flat sea and East winds, though the water was murky. I set up my usual flappers and a running ledger.
The menu included Black, Mack, Rag, Squid 'n' Crab. To be honest, anything tipped with squid and peeler were the baits to have. The flood gave me a few fish, the ebb Nowt!.
Quality rather than Quantity for a change. One fish taking my rod for a trip down the wall. Pulling off the tip ring!. All is well now, repaired and back up and running.
Nice to have a bit of room down there. Need more FA cup finals.
