Ray fest !!!! Gynn wall 9/10

Postby JoeRoberts » 09 Oct 2021, 21:56

Looked good today with an overcast sky & a nice gulley in front of me

And 30 mins in had my first, a 21cm dab

Lot's of nibbles going up to high with a ting at distance

Now the ray fest, but not for me, the guy next door brought a nice thorny to the steps about 5lb
thought this looks good, then he fetched another in, and another, about half a dozen in total.
then I had a good rattle started retrieving & felt some weight behind it, just about to bring it to the steps & it went slack :banghead:
There where lot's of thornies being caught, doggies & some late sole
I finished off with another 2 tings

Had some bait left so back down tomorrow to see if I can hook into one of them thornies ???
