Had a short session on Mariners today, and found I had the place to myself. 30 minutes before High I hooked into a nice male Thorny, then on High tide I managed to land a very nice Dover sole, my first therefore a PB 
. Then twenty minutes later another Thorny fell to my bait, this time a nice female and another PB . Then the weather and weed took a turn for the worse, so happy with my days catch I packed up just as the heavens opened, and did they open, it lashed it down. All in all it was a good days fishing
