Hi tide yesterday
Fished 3 hrs. up to high yesterday in my usual spot, in contrast to the struggles on the gyne this weekend conditions were easy with an offshore wind. Two things to note for this trip were that I had the new Foosa out for the first time (thanks for telling us about this rod Ian) it worked brilliantly and second I had been out with the pump so had a good supply of blow lug. Other baits were sand eel and squid
I fished sand eel at distance, sometimes wrapped in squid. There is a thornback out there with my name on it. The lug were fished at varying but shortish distances.
Unfortunately the Fooza remained biteless while a small flounder on worm saved the blank.
Some pictures of the day.
