Still a little ambiguous re the 6' rule.
Rowley has no transport so he travels with me. However,we risk a £100 fine each if we're stopped in the car, but there has never been any restrictions about getting into a taxi, which amounts to the same thing.

it’s actually 15m apart mike whilst fishing, as much as i’m excited at the prospect of getting out i’m seriously considering jibbing it till next week let all the idiots break the rules and not me, as perch rock is gonna be rammed and it will only start arguments and i’ll have charlie with me so don’t really want to be knocking inconsiderate people out whilst he’s there

No No No Danny....that load of crap is from the Angling Trusts proposal for getting fishing going,and carries no weight at all. The AT have nothing whatsoever to do with us being allowed to fish again,that`s entirely the governments decision...official social distancing measures of 2m are all you need.....

if someone is setup 2m away from you it’s never going to be an enjoyable session though is it, tangling in each other’s line leads whistling past your ear, nar, think i’m going to have a rethink, gutted though as i need to get out

And they say you can travel to your venue within England, so those living inland are OK too, but the age thing is a sore point as I am 70

I’m a fit 70 will be boat fishing this week if the weather plays nice, go for it mate.
