ok sign the contract for new house next week .. yay ..(took long enough )
so i need a sparky to fit new fuse box ..
a builder to do the fireplace putting a wood burner in and some pointing
and someone that can do fencing .. i'll order fence just need it put up ..

anyone know anybody .. ?

just been down ripped fireplace out ..and old wardrobe in master bedroom
need to open it up from line down and width of line .. ?

I did a refurbishment on a house I bought last year and sold just before Christmas.just finished one I bought in march to rent good feeling when you have finished.
