Low tide today

Fished North beach low today 1.5 hrs each way. There was a good surf running but weed was really bad so used 30 lbs straight through and just a short lob. Bait was frozen black on a 2 hook flapper. The result was the same as last time, another blank. Maybe the locals know what they are doing.

Sorry no pictures today I left my phone at home.

Valiant attempt Peter, though in vain.
You could do with a bit of local info ??? Maybe the guy in the tackle/bait shop.

Thanks guys, I have spoken to the guys in 2 local tackle shops but they seem more focused on freshwater fishing. I have also quizzed a few unlucky bait diggers who generally say this beach is too shallow.
on a brighter note I spoke to a guy yesterday who had come up from Withernsea just to fish here, he said he had had bass and various flatties including Sole and Thornies.

I will continue to fish here for now it is a nice spot I can always travel further afield if patience runs out.
