Can I thank the lads for their help this morning sorting out my braid problem. I had the braid as part of my report prize this month, and tried it on the Wall on Thursday last week. I lost three rigs on snap offs, and one of the AA lads ( Birdsnest /Mark) was of the opinion that the braid might be defective..?? I was unaware, this having been my first try with it.
Sam suggested I pop in to let him have a look, and when he and John had a tug of war with it, it promptly snapped well away from any knots. Sam promptly swapped it for new, put it back on the spool and attached a leader for me with no bidding at all. This was service of the highest quality for which I am very grateful. Looking forward to trying the braid again, now confident it won't let me down. Many thanks.

Glad you got it sorted Sharpey,I've used braid from Gerrys and never had a problem with it and have never had it part company like that did. :o :o
