Cheers Paul for the heads up - I'll set a up a reel for .20 and give it ago. Aside from the birdy issue I found braid so low in stretch that leads got pulled out too easily with my stiffer tipped distance/pendulum rods, so I'm hoping that the nano has just a bit more give, and more importantly has nome of the 'weed magnet' weave....

That one thing.... using a stiff-ish rod you did have to leave the line a little slack to stop it pulling leads with a bit of surf/tide pull.... a softer rod should obviously help with that, but it wasnt a massive problem ??? Id say there was marginally more stretch than braid though ???

The line is perfectly smooth, no weave like you get with braid, so that is covered.... :thumb:

Just bought some more today actually   ;)
