We have agreed with Century for something a little special. We have got a selection of brand new demo rods all built up in the new Fuji KWAG guides available to use.

This allows us to really get to grips with a few of the rods we havent yet used which allows us to give you the correct advice.

More importantly, the rods are available for you the customer to take out and use.
Yes thats right, try before you buy with beach rods.

We will let you take the fishing rods out 'on loan' for upto 2 days. Or just an hour while you have a quick cast on the prom round the corner.

This is a great idea and think gerrys and century are on to a winner here , When you shell out around 300 quid for a rod, try before you buy is a must for me, I wish you could do this with the zzippys aswell ,

do you think they will let me try them for a couple of years

but truthfully what a great idea will defoe come to gerrys for my next rod

given how often i get out this may be the perfect way for me to fish lol


seriously though - great idea - done the same with mountain bikes in the past from my local store 'ride on' (who had their own line in carbon/titanium frames) - if you are gonna spend over £2k on a hardtail mtb its worth being able to give them a proper test run not just a bounce round the car park of the store - same with rods i suppose
