Hi guys,
As many of you know we are moving into a new store which we have been busy getting ready over the past several months and is nearing completion.

I thought I would outline some key points out to our local and loyal customers to avoid any confusion.

- Our current shop closes on Saturday 28th March at 3pm.
- Closed Sunday 29th March all day.
- Open in our new store on Monday 30th March at 9AM.
- New Store Address -Gerry's fishing, 52-54 Marine Road West, Morecambe, LA4 4QU. (100 yards from our old store)
- The store is located below the Carleton night club on the promenade.
- Parking - There is parking down the side of the property and at the back for approximately 12 cars as well as parking on the prom at either side of regent road traffic lights.
- Our phone number will still be the same 01524 422146 (opt2 for in store and bait)
- We are adding a late night opening on Thursdays until 8pm
- We are going to do our best to keep a good level of stock and bait throughout the coming weeks but please accept my apologies if we run out, it will only be temporary.
- If you have a fishing trip planned and want some bait please can you pre order it to avoid disappointment.

Open Weekend 25th-26th April.
We hope you can join us at our open weekend to officially launch our new store. It is nearly 5 times the size of our current one. At over 14,000 sq. ft, it gives us the largest store in the North West & one of the biggest in the country. We have huge, bespoke displays for Sea, Coarse, Carp, Fly & Predator.
To celebrate the opening of our new store we are holding a huge open weekend with some of fishing’s biggest stars as well as some special weekend store discounts.

We have a Facebook event to keep you up to date with the latest announcements for the open weekend -

Thank you for your prompt reply, that is good news..... No step :thumb:

I am not your biggest customer (Lost weight  just put that in for a laugh, I hope it is not wasted) and can only fish in better weather, flat ground and not slippery but the better six month of the year is coming, something to look forward to. :cheer:

I'm a bit worried about the large aisle though, I would be coming to buy tackle and bait not get married  to :fishing: though.

Thanks again

PJ
