I was invited out by my host Graham, for day on his working boat and a big of fishing.
We went out round the islands in Broadford Bay. Had mackerel, pollock to 3lb and coalies to a pound. We then hauled the pots for langoustine. You can see them in the square slots.
Great day out Saw a Sea Eagle too.

My host cooked about fifty for us and we washed them down with a couple of bottles of wine.. We also had squat lobster tails which I had never seen.. I will publish details of the cottage later because if you are a fisherman the dogs are ideal.

This is a Squat Lobster you just eat the tails. You can boil the rest to make a soup.
