Wales beaches

Hy all. Been looking at a book i came across today its lavers a guide to sea angling in north wales & merseyside. Theres a place called tan-y-lan beach as anyone fished it please lookin for info on this beach and others in the same area

The only TanyLan I know of in Wales is near Swansea. Never heard of any in North Wales. If I'm wrong I'm sure I'll be corrected.

It`s by Colwyn Bay....whiting city in winter.
