At last something to report

Its been a poor year on the fishing front for me but at last I have something to report.
We are at Rhos on sea at the moment and I have found a handy spot with easy access from the beach fishing into some rocky ground, as an added bonous there are some quality blow lug to be dug close by.
I fished yesterday 2 hrs up to high and 1 down, weed was a problem but I only needed to cast about 40 yds to a patch of sand that I had noted. Using a rotten bottem set up and single 1/0 flapper with the lug. I lost a few wieghts when the casting wasn't accurate. After a cloudy morning the sun got out as I started and as the water is qute shallow this probably didn't help the cause. The result was one schoolie mid tide and a snig just on high. Pictures below (I hope).
