Hi All,

Spent some time on Anglesey a few weeks back and had a session on Moelfre, I arrived at 4-30am tide had turned and was going back out, so I fished one rod, using a pulley rig, bait was a whole small squid, whipped onto a 3/0 manta hook.

First of all I was greeted to one of the best sunrises I have seen on Anglesey.....

Trap set I waited, the sea was flat calm, whitebait were scattering everywhere

The Dogs were a pain, decent size mind

But amongst the dogs I managed 2 small starry Smoothound, I was made up, so this year I have caught my 1st Bass, Sole and now Smoothound :cheer:
