Morning gents,

we are planning a trip to Anglesey this week and are thinking of trying either Point Lyns or Ty Croes. Was wondering if any of you could provide any info on the marks? Have any of you fished them yet this year and which mark is fishes better?

Cheers

Just an update on me and my lads recent visit to Anglesey. Ended up heading to Ty Croes for the day. Fished 3 up and 2 down using pulley pennel rigs. Bait wise we used combos of mackerel squid and sand eel.

Had two runs. First run I struck into and missed. Second, I was scared to strike incase I missed so let it sit. When I did finally pluck up the courage to strike and reel in I found my mackerel and squid combo had been cleaned :banghead:

10 minutes before we packed up my lad managed to land a little wrasse on his LRF gear.

Another great day spent with the lad however we just need to add a few fish to make our trips a even better!

Think we are going to fish a little closer to home and try the mersey the next few trips as it is a hell of a drive home with nothing but what could have been and a baby wrasse to talk about :D

When you look at the other posts on here it aint half frustrating! lol. Bait and rig wise I am sure we have it cracked, its either purely bad luck or we are missing something around timings, tides etc? As always any advice on this is welcome as we are new to fishing and still learning.
