Hi lads, can anyone help please?, my Coleman 533 unleaded stove has started to flare and produce a yellow flame when I first light it!
After a while it settles down to a blue flame, but doesn't seem to burn as hot as it used to!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a worn generator that's the pipe that has the on and off knob on one end then goes through the flame before the gas comes out of the end it has a very thin wire down the centre which move back and forward as you turn the knob it keeps the nipple clear

Thankyou Robot, I suspected it might be that, but I needed a second opinion!
It's had a fair bit of use, I spend more time cooking than I do fishing!
Cheers pal!

I got a full revamp kit on eBay but not cheap, you can buy single parts.

Both the single and double burner stoves are great but if you want them to run sweetly for much longer use aspen 4t petrol it's much purer than the normal stoves locally horns garden supplies on the A6 stock it.
