Which Boat Plan?

Hi
I am after any help that the forum can offer me.
I fish in Cardigan Bay using my 12' sit on top kayak, but because I am relatively inexperienced on a kayak, I only go out if conditions are very calm.
I would now like to build my own small fishing boat to use when conditions are a little more choppy.
I am thinking of a boat around 14', V-bottomed and made of plywood, probably stitch and glue.
I know it probably makes sense to buy a boat, but I fancy building my own.
Can anyone help with suggestions of where I can get a good boat plan.
Many thanks
