Starr Gate 12 Jan
Usually we don't start fishing this mark until April/May, however with the virus travel restrictions Rowley & myself decided to stay 'local' and we were on the beach for 4pm. Fishing started well with Rowley beaching a chunky Flounder 1st cast and myself beaching a Dab first cast. After that it was quite a slow session with Rowley ending uo with 3 Flounder and myself 4 Dabs and a Whiting. Rowley did have 2 terrific pull downs but no connection
. Bait was frozen worm. Great to be out on the beach again and we called time at 8pm.

Hi Paul, Last year was one of the best at this mark, so looking forward to what the future brings. We usually fish 1 to 2hrs down and back up to the wall.
