Fished the latest Blackpool Fed match today at Stannah, match was from 8:30 to 11:30 roughly an hour and a half either side of high.

Got there to be treated to cracking conditions

Fishing 2 hook flappers using peeler tipped with decent lump of bluey and didn't have to wait long for the mud sharks to show

Ended the match with 12 fish for a total length of 367cm (plus had another 5 undersized fish ) but only managed 5th place

The winner of the match was also fishing near the pylons and also finished with 12 fish but for a total length of 401cm - he managed to keep catching a better stamp of fish.

The other top weights came further up river on the bend.
