What a trip out is all about.Fish,good food and good company and a safe return.
Had a sausage butty once off Tel at the Lune meet so know how good the food must have been :cheer: :cheer:

Terry I wish I new the frying pan was out when I passed you just after dinner on Saturday. :speed: We fished Hest Bank within Casting distance from the shore. Had a box full of plaice. :fishing:

That's right Terry just off the old jetty near the level crossing. Only fishing in 5ft of water as the tide dropped worked my way back to VVV. We had just over fifty plaice up to 2lb. Only caught one flounder. Fished combination of frozen black and cockle meat. We decided to target the rays and moved out to the wreck off Heysham. Plenty of dogfish but sadly no rays.
