Hey lads and lasses, look what's back in the Bay. Fill your boots.

(PS: also had half a dozen tope pups and a small plaice, but this little fellow on a size 2/0 hook really caught my attention.)

Had a few in the boat to 9 inches plenty of small codling coming out at Blackpool around a pound.

Meant to say "fill your thimbles". Seriously, is the smallest whiting ever caught on rod and line?

We used to run a competition every winter to see who caught the smallest Whiting. That ones a flying start :fish: :thumb:
