Phew, Hot, Gynn, Different...<º))))><
Running down my Pre-fishing list, Sun Block, Shades, Bottle of Pop, 2 Steak Slices, Rods and Tackle... 'n' some Bait. Mojo....saggin.....
..............Driving along the wall, it was barren. I got past the Boating pool and Paul was waiting all on his lonesome.
Out with my gear, a quick natter with Paul, set up my rods. Turn around and paul is 200 yards down the beach, rod in hand
an empty wall..
We had a bit of company from the sea..
I sent one away as the near gulley started to fill, another two rods followed..
The wait was on................
......................
......................
Still waiting..................
.........Pauls 300 yard rig springs to life and in comes this little monkey..
Turbo power, first one i have seen this year..
Then one of my rods let rip. Guess what i get...?
And that's it the flood had us beat. The ebb had to be worth a try.
High water came..
and went........Slowly bites started to develop in came a sandy..
an another..
The fish were showing interest and so were the boat boys..
By now Paul was luggin' out a few bars of Silver, while i was rewarded with flattened cow pats
There was a spy in our midst. This flounder was posing as a Plaice..
Dab....argggggh, i want Turbo Silver for the hunt..
A proper looking Flounder..
Then a Plaice trying to look like a Flounder..
The sea was leaving us, with great speed. It was time to go and the Hunt had to wait for another day..
But as per the norm, there is a last man out....The real Mcoy Spotty..
Oh dear, the sun got the better and an afternoon snooze Sand approaching..
That's it.....A day of two tides and the Ebb was the one to fish. Baitwise we had the full monty, Rag ruled the roost
