Penn mag 525

Hi guys, i’v got a couple of Penn 525’s, and I had developed
a problem with the tension knob(if that’s the right description £.

It doesn’t matter how hard I turn it in the freespool
doesn’t tighten.

I think there may be a small piece missing i gold knob
itself, but I can’t seem to find anyone who stocks these.

Appreciate any help.

If it's a gold knob then it's a mk2, the link above is to the mk1 spool tensioner. The mk 2 is a different arrangement with an click indexer. Have you had it apart and perhaps lost a piece?
