so been 2 weeks since my last outing ..
and I need it .. mums in hospital being moved to preston tom ..
op thur prob .. 50/50 chance
with trips up to see her and 9-11 hr day's at work I'm fecked and drained
so 4 hrs on the beach to clear my mind ..
