Re: North West Beach Open - Saturday 17th October
Well done to all the winners hutchinson was the surname to have
Super job by Gerry's staff, in running the event and the marshals, having to endure us for hours on end
Meeting the faces at the other end of my PC screen
And my two guides for the day. Jammygit & Blanko the pie man Your local knowledge was tops
I was lucky enough to pick up a decent Though anyone could have caught it.
Thanks for a great day out AA. Glad i didn't sack it now

All fish will be weighed in Kilograms and Grams and the results will be posted in the same format.
What about the pairs and team event ? Where "on line" are the results ?

Re: North West Beach Open - Saturday 17th October
No mention of the pairs/team event...no prize list...no weight for the junior...did any other juniors fish ? if so,what was the top 3...why no pics.....i was looking forward to fishing it Shacky, and booked the time off work, but the organisation was very poor and the lack of communication was worse. What really annoys me is the lack of pics and proper report, especially regarding the juniors. We need to encourage more young blood in to the sport, and though i know nothing about Jack,it would`nt have taken much for some pics to be taken so he could show his family/mates e.t.c as it may well have been the best day of his angling life so far....although the day was enjoyed by those anglers who took part, the match organisers should have had everything sorted out,and double checked, before advertising it,and when they have constructive criticism, they should take it on board for future matches, rather than spitting their dummies out....case closed
