Lancaster Canal

Postby dwkaraoke » 09 Jun 2018, 15:38

Decided on a few hours drowning some maggots on the Lancaster Canal, with the sun shining brightly, thought it would be a little difficult to get the fish feeding in between all the boat traffic, but hey ho ....its to nice to sit in.
Set up on pole across to far banking, about 2ft of water, but the water had a slight tinge, and from the off it was fish a chuck...fished for 3 hours till my half pint of maggots had run out and i was totally baked in the sun...must return to this peg in an evening when the suns gone down.
