Gynn Wall 16/4

Postby Sir Humphrey Rtd » 16 Apr 2019, 14:03

Well early(ish) start and got down just after 7 and fished the last 2 hours of the flood and 2 hours of the ebb.

Flat calm conditions but a bit warmer that Sunday at Lytham.

Bait was "sticky" black, ragworm, peeler crab and mackerel.

First up for me was a small flounder from close in on rag

Then a little dab from mid distance again on rag

Next up was the rod at distance and rockling on peeler crab

5 Rockling.jpg

Couple more small dabs and a pin whiting from mid distance (all on rag) and the when we were packing up a whiting (32cm) on peeler crab at distance.

6 Whiting.jpg

Steve C took the bragging rights with 6 flounders, 4 dabs 2 whiting and a doggie mostly on rag (including the dog!!)
