Connah's Quay River Dee

Postby ian4782 » 28 Jan 2020, 21:46

Evening all,

I Spent today on the river Dee at Connah's Quay with Mac4782 (my son), the goal was a Flounder for my species hunt which i achieved, that was the only fish in the 2 hours we spent out.

The rig was a 2 hook flapper blinged up with frozen black lug.

There a car park next to the river so its easy access.

Tide was 4m which was pulling like a train going through the Mersey tunnel.

Weather: cold, dry and windy.

Will be back on the river for the Bass in the summer.
