Car MoT
Coronavirus: MOTs due from 30 March 2020
Your car, van or motorcycle’s MOT expiry date will be extended by 6 months if it’s due on or after 30 March 2020 - but you must keep your vehicle safe to drive.
Wonder how this will affect insurance if you have a accident with no Mot.

Mine was due earlier this month but I got it done, If you did have an accident with no MOT and there was a defect with your vehicle it could get complicated, better getting it tested

Hi mike,I used to be a ministry of transport vehicle tester, its not worth the risk driving without a test certificate. If you drive it and have an accident the insurance company might say you are not covered. The police could pull you over also because it will not be on there data.there will be lots of accidents test cases when this is over.
