Now does anyone know what this is on the wall of the stone jetty ?

Kenny it was installed last month on the stone Jetty . It's a time and tide bell , it rings has the tide floods.

It must be for the blind folk then because you only have to look over the wall to see if the tide is in expencive bit of kit though but thanks Rob
