Anglesey

Postby Tony96 » 09 May 2017, 12:18

We had a boot booked for Saturday 6th May but it was canceled on Wednesday 3rd bad weather to much of a strong wind blowing, but we decided to go there and fish of the shore/rocks as we had rooms booked to stay over. :banghead:
arrived at 6.30am after setting off at 4.30am from Liverpool, ended up fishing from Cable Bay off the rocks, 8 of us in total. :sleepy: :sleepy:
weather didn't seen that bad in land abit of wind very cloudy with the sun trying to break through all day.
fishing was poor all round a couple of doggies all day between us all finished up at 5pm set of to Amlwch for our night out which was great fun.
hoping to get another trip on the boat from Amlwch in July. :fishing: :speed:

If its canceled again could anyone point us in the right direction of some good fishing spots from the beach or rocks ??? :sos: :sos: :sos:

Cheers, Tony :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

some good fishing on the right hand side of Cable Bay, there,s a path to the right of the car park just follow it out until it turns to the right and fish off the rocks to your left, you could also fish off the rocks at the back of the race track. just park in the fishermans car park and follow the path. Almwch harbour is good for conger as well
