Guys there is a new code you can use if you want to post an ebay item.

Say you have the item 220766639295

Use the Ebay tag like this
Code: Select all
[ebay]220766639295[/ebay]

And it will appear like this, and create a link to the ebay listing :thumb:

Ebay Item No.220766639295

There is now also a [PhotobucketVideo][/PhotobucketVideo] tag option. Its taken i little bit of fiddling but it should now work with all photobucket videos and embed them in a similar way to the vimeo videos and youtube videos do.

So if you want to post a video that is on photobucket.....

Use these tags.....
[PhotobucketVideo][/PhotobucketVideo]

And place the HTML code (NOT the direct link code) in between the tags....
Image

This is a typical photobucket video HTML embed code
<embed width="600" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullscreen="true" allowNetworking="all" wmode="transparent" src="http://static.photobucket.com/player.swf" flashvars="file=http%3A%2F%2Fvid2.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fy15%2FMorecambebay%2FPICT0400.flv">

Put it in between the tags like this....
Code: Select all
[PhotobucketVideo]<embed width="600" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullscreen="true" allowNetworking="all" wmode="transparent" src="http://static.photobucket.com/player.swf" flashvars="file=http%3A%2F%2Fvid2.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fy15%2FMorecambebay%2FPICT0400.flv">[/PhotobucketVideo]

Post it, and it will (SHOULD!!) look like this

Google Maps tag

There is a new tag when posting....

[gmap=][/gmap]

It embeds a google map to your post based on a postcode, co ordinates, streetname etc

For example....

Morecambe angling centres address is

Thornton Road Morecambe LA4 5PB

Several things you could do here...

Post code or street name...
Code: Select all
Postcode
[gmap=16]la45pb[/gmap]

Streetname
[gmap=16]thornton road,morecambe[/gmap]

If you just wanted Morecambe
[gmap=12]Morecambe[/gmap]

The number after gmap= is the zoom level, the higher the number the higher the zoom level (the more zoomed in it will be) As a rough guide use 16 for average street view, or 12 as an average town view.

So the above code would look like this. Note that the image are also clickable, and this will lead to the relevant search page on google maps

Postcode

Streetname

If you just wanted Morecambe, note the zoom level is set to 12 not 16 as above

There is a new Button when posting called "iplayer"

If you click it it adds the code [iplayer][/iplayer]

If you put the episode number of any program on BBC iplayer in the middle like this

Code: Select all
[iplayer]b01d0x17[/iplayer]

It should come out like this

Can't see the video? - Please click here to watch on Iplayer
