Almost a blank15/9/19

Postby mac » 15 Sep 2016, 15:01

With bait left over from monday`s dogging session I had intended to give the golf club a few hours in search of a plaice or two but changed my mind and opted for the easy :fishing: on the wall instead of walking out to meet the tide and fish it in . Black , frozen black and maccy were on the menu , 2 hook clipped and pennel rigs and it did`nt matter how far or close you put it the crabs were on it and stripped it in minutes even if it was lashed on .
Had to be away for 1 and going through bait rapidly meant that was going to be easy and after a little over 4 hrs fishing without a bite and one rod packed away I was down to my last worm , so onto the pennel and out it went and a couple of minutes in the water I got my one and only bite and a doggie to save the day :cheer:
