Four of us fished last night at Blackpool from 5.00pm to 10.30pm
FISH from the off for all of us
Alan had a decent codling weighing 2lb 2oz,
Alec had a codling of 1lb 7oz
Ian had a thornback ray of3lb 4oz
this was all mixed with so many dogs and decent whiting that you couldn,t imagine. I know I must have had over 20 dogs and maybe 15 whiting and the rest of the guys were reeling fish in every cast it was all the way.
It was the first time ever that I didn,t empty my flask
Hopefully Alec will put photo,s on to back up this report
A massive well done to Ian for his first ever thorny and to Alan & Alec for the codling
