A few days in holyhead
Me and a friend have just got back from a few days fishing in Holyhead and had a few great sessions on the breakwater, inland sea and penrhos.
First arrived on the breakwater in the early hours and made the awful mistake of lugging all our kit to the end (not for the faint hearted or unfit)
Managed to pull in a nice wrass and numerous doggies before calling it and heading to buy some more bait, some moon glow and then find the caravan we were staying in.
Later that day we headed to the inland sea and pulled in a nice Pollock, 2 sea bream and again numerous doggies.
The following day it was doggies galore (not complaining as it beats blanking)
That night we had another sea bream and even managed to pull in an edible crab on the rod.
Final day we decided to give penrhos a bash and had a really nice plaice and again another wrass.
Apart from the morning session all were caught on roads with moonglow and solent seagoo.
Some excellent fishing had and looking forward to returning again.

Well done Easty, crackin’ sessions
a few different species there, Top day
I’ve used the silicone glow sticks for a few years now. Awesome bait at times
