5 bar gate this morning high tide

Went to 5 bar gate this morning high tide 924, fished 1 and half hours before high 1 and a half hours after . Didn't catch a fish the whole session, that is my 4 blank in a row now lol 
, their was 2 fishermen beside me they didn't catch while I was their, some fella came in on his kayak with 2 rods on his back he caught 1 sole while he was out, I don't know what the tactics are at the moment , not giving up tho gonna go out for a session high tide midnight Saturday hopefully I will catch a fish or 2 .
