I agree with what you say , these type of competitions can stir up a lot off interest for the site , when you do a species hunt you try out other methods off fishing which you wouldn't have tried , and I think it improves your all round fishing . I have learnt a lot over the last 2 years .
sorry you won't be joining in , but where ever you fishing have a great one
