This was our very first time having a winter league match since the beggining of the ice age :o
It was pi$$ing down all morning  Blowing a bloody gale  And the fishing is the worst of that place that I known of :banghead: Under 6lb won the match :o
Still,we had a mad laugh and enjoyed ourselves because it was a very long time since we had a proper match.Plus one of the lad Danny, landed a 2lb 7oz perch to more than double his total weight

Monday,Coppull Mill Lodge
This is our next winter league match venue in 2 weeks time :D So a few of us were there today to use yesterday’s baits up and having a practice/making the rigs up,and most important of all, drying our gears up from yesterday :lmao:
It was fishing alright today, the lads’ getting plenty bites on maggots from the roach and perch.I was fishing with pellets and bread punch, catching a few tench and skimmers plus a few decent roach :thumb: It certainly makes a change compare to yesterday
